What will do you at our company?

  • Further, develop, test, deploy, maintain the web-based platform with multiple entry points;
  • Manage development processes and systems, individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.


The development team works in two-week sprints. Every two weeks, on Thursdays, the whole development team (around 12 people) comes together to discuss the following agenda:

  1. How did the previous sprint go? Anything we should improve for next sprint?Β 
  2. What are we planning for next sprint?Β 

This plan is based on what’s determined to be the next development priority on the roadmap, which has been discussed beforehand by management and members of the development team. Then, once it has been established which issued the sprint will contain, the sprint starts.


We try to keep the number of meetings for the development team to an absolute minimum because no one wants to sit in boring meetings all day πŸ˜ƒ So, every working day the development team has one short 15-minute meeting, the stand-up, to make sure everyone is up to date on what’s going to be developed that day. After that meeting is done, every developer is free to schedule his/her day however they like, as long as deadlines are met.

Minimal qualifications

  • A completed Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical field of study or equivalent work experience;
  • 2 years experience with Java OR Node.JS (Must)
